Thursday, April 25, 2013. Winter is gone, spring has come; the snow has melted and the grass is now green. The trees are adorning themselves with leaves and buds. I thought it was amazing that after everything was so lifeless and dead, in two days, the brown and dead grass had returned to a bright green colour. Subhaan Allah! The following aayah came to my mind. And a sign for them is the dead earth; We gave it life and brought forth from it grain so that they may eat from it. Surah Yaseen, aayah 33.
